Disclaimer of Liability

The agency shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by:

• Weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics
• State and public administrative services malfunction, strikes, crime   
• Mechanical failures, cancellations, or schedule changes by suppliers
• Political unrest, terrorism, or other unforeseen events
• Traveler’s failure to obtain proper documentation (e.g., passports, visas, vaccinations) 

When booking a tour in extreme and wild enviroments, like deserts, high altitude routes, glacier zones, off road and not paved road routes, be sure to understand the temperatures, humidity, winds, atmospheric precipitation or UV rays from the Sun that you may find, and be properly prepared to deal with these conditions.

By booking with the agency, the traveler acknowledges and accepts these terms and releases the agency from any liability arising from the travel arrangements
