LA PAZ – TITICACA – TIWANAKU in 4 days

Please note: language guide is an extra person (language speaking guide) on board.
So staff will be: driver + guide.
Group size: 6 Max per each vehicle.
For better comfort we suggest 4 adult passengers per car.
If your group is larger than 6 participants, no problem: we can add any amount of vehicles you need.

From El Alto airport, reception by driver/guide and transfer to the Sky Metro station at 4.200
meters, for a spectacular drone-view descent gliding over La Paz and landing in downtown to
visit the city, particularly the Witch's market, Murillo Square and the historic colonial district. In
the afternoon, after lunch in a traditional restaurant, our private vehicle will pick you up to take
you to the hotel well located, if then you wish to enjoy an evening walk.

Around 8.00am we start off for our scenic roadtrip to Copacabana on the shore of Titicaca Lake.
We visit the town and surrounds, also possible the "pilgrimage" hike up to the sanctuary of
Copacabana, which is a compendium of religious votes people have left during the years, on the
trail that climbs the steep hill on the lake. After lunch, in the afternoon, we take a motorboat to
cross to the island “Isla del Sol”, one of the most mystic places of the Andean regions. Walk to
the Ecolodge La Estancia, nestled and terraced at the top of the island. it is a haven of
tranquillity: no cars or roads on the island, only dirt paths. Late afternoon is to relax or walk
around the island. In the evening, the dinner is offered at the Lodge's restaurant.

Boat back to Copacabana and Drive back to La Paz, with detour at desaguadero, to visit the
Tiwanaku archeological site and lunch here. In late afternoon/evening (depends on traffic), we
arrive to the hotel in La Paz.

According to your flight out or continuation of tour, this day we offer transfer to El Alto airport
or transfer to bus station, or connection to other tours departing with us from La Paz.
